Vidah Ezeoka is a Psychiatric Mental Health nurse practitioner, Board-certified with Walden University. Specializes in treating many scopes of behavioral and emotional problems. Passionate about patient care with more than 18 years of nursing experience including more than 5 years in psychiatry across the lifespan. She opened Reconnecting Health Group as an avenue to enhance the quality of behavioral health care by focusing on providing individualized treatments for her patients as well as collaboratively working alongside their primary care physicians, and any other treating physician.
Successfully building rapport with patients, and patients’ families. Focuses on evidence-based, medically driven, experience with using a variety of electronic healthcare platforms including video conferencing, Epic EHR, e-clinical, and others to provide high-quality care.
